    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Position Summary</span></p>\n<p>Sacramento Ultrasound Institute (SUI) is seeking multiple Radiologic Technology (RT) Faculty members to support lab instruction and/or online teaching on a per-diem basis.</p>\n<p>This role is ideal for actively working Radiologic Technologists who are interested in teaching, mentoring students, and giving back to the profession while maintaining flexibility in their primary clinical roles.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide hands-on instruction to students during scheduled lab sessions and/or</li>\n<li>Deliver online instruction in assigned RT courses</li>\n<li>Reinforce proper positioning, technique selection, radiation safety, and professional standards</li>\n<li>Support student skill development and confidence building</li>\n<li>Collaborate with program leadership to ensure consistency with course objectives</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Current ARRT certification in Radiography (RT(R))</li>\n<li>Hold a baccalaureate degree<br></li>\n<li>Active Radiologic Technologist with at least two years of full-time clinical experience</li>\n<li>Strong clinical skills and professional communication</li>\n<li>Interest in mentoring and supporting students</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Prior teaching or precepting experience is preferred but not required.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Work Schedule</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Per-diem position</li>\n<li>Flexible schedule based on instructor availability and program needs</li>\n<li>Opportunities to assist in lab, online instruction, or both</li>\n</ul>",
