    "description_html": "<p>We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented team member to join our fast-paced orthodontic practice in a unique support role that combines digital lab technology, patient care, and clinical support.</p><p>This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in entering the orthodontic or dental field and learning the foundations of orthodontic assisting in a supportive team environment.</p><p>This role is heavily involved in our digital lab workflow and patient support systems while also assisting the clinical team throughout the day.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities Include:</p><ul><li>Running daily reports and preparing schedules/workflow items</li><li>Operating and maintaining 3D printers and digital lab equipment</li><li>Fabricating orthodontic retainers and appliances</li><li>Taking digital scans/iTero scans of patients</li><li>Delivering retainers and reviewing care instructions with patients</li><li>Assisting with growth guidance/recall appointments</li><li>Assisting the clinical team with sterilization and operatory turnover</li><li>Stocking and maintaining clinical and lab areas</li><li>Supporting overall clinical flow and patient experience</li><li>Additional duties as needed to support the team</li></ul><p>Ideal Candidate:</p><ul><li>Positive attitude and willingness to learn</li><li>Detail-oriented and organized</li><li>Comfortable with technology and hands-on tasks</li><li>Works well in a fast-paced team environment</li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills</li><li>Reliable and proactive</li><li>Dental experience is a plus, but willing to train the right candidate</li></ul><p>What We Offer:</p><ul><li>Opportunity to learn orthodontic assisting skills</li><li>Hands-on experience with digital orthodontic technology and 3D printing</li><li>Supportive team environment</li><li>Career growth opportunities within the practice</li><li>Training and mentorship</li></ul><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Dental or orthodontic experience preferred but not required</li></ul><p><strong>Schedule:</strong></p><ul><li>Full-time</li></ul><p><strong>Location:</strong></p><ul><li>272 Parsippany Road, Parsippany, NJ 07054</li></ul><p>We’re looking for someone eager to learn, ready to stay busy, and excited to grow within a modern orthodontic practice.
