This role requires close collaboration with facility personnel and management to maintain compliance with federal regulations and company/third-party HSE policies.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Work Location:</strong> 2124 Maurice Rd, Odessa, TX 79763</p>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400;margin:0px;padding:0px\">\n <p><strong>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>\n</div>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400;margin:0px;padding:0px\">\n <ul>\n  <li>Oversee incident investigations, Root Cause Analysis, and follow-up to ensure timely closure of Corrective Actions.&nbsp;</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400;margin:0px;padding:0px\">\n <ul>\n  <li>Provide HSE training to facility personnel, including management.&nbsp;</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400;margin:0px;padding:0px\">\n <ul>\n  <li>Assist operations with the Management of Change (MOC) procedure/process.&nbsp;</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400;margin:0px;padding:0px\">\n <ul>\n  <li>Actively participates in frequent facility HSE walkthroughs, reviews, and audits.&nbsp;</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400;margin:0px;padding:0px\">\n <ul>\n  <li>Conduct inspections of field operations at rig locations.&nbsp;</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400;margin:0px;padding:0px\">\n <ul>\n  <li>Provide timely and effective liaison with all site personnel to review and address all aspects of matters related to company HSE principals.&nbsp;</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400;margin:0px;padding:0px\">\n <ul>\n  <li>Act as an advisor and resource to facility management for HSE matters.&nbsp;</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400;margin:0px;padding:0px\">\n <ul>\n  <li>Liaise with facility management to ensure effective communication on all open action items.&nbsp;</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400;margin:0px;padding:0px\">\n <ul>\n  <li>Conduct hazard-risk analysis.&nbsp;</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400;margin:0px;padding:0px\">\n <ul>\n  <li>Maintain recordkeeping and document control requirements as outlined in NOV HSE 360 Management system.&nbsp;</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400;margin:0px;padding:0px\">\n <ul>\n  <li>Work closely with facility operations personnel to ensure maintenance of the NOV HSE &nbsp;360 Management System (policies, procedures, and actions).&nbsp;</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400;margin:0px;padding:0px\">\n <ul>\n  <li>Assist with updating the local facility’s HSE Management System.&nbsp;</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400;margin:0px;padding:0px\">\n <ul>\n  <li>Assist the business unit and local facilities to achieve annual HSE Objectives and targets.&nbsp;</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400;margin:0px;padding:0px\">\n <ul>\n  <li>Conduct monthly HSE inspections at NOV facilities and drilling rig locations.&nbsp;</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400;margin:0px;padding:0px\">\n <ul>\n  <li>Assist with conducting Internal Audits as per NOV HSE procedures.&nbsp;</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400;margin:0px;padding:0px\">\n <ul>\n  <li>Present audit Findings and recommending to the local or Area Management.&nbsp;</li>\n </ul>\n <p>&nbsp;</p>\n <p><strong>Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n <div style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400;margin:0px;padding:0px\">\n  <ul>\n   <li>At least 5 years of working experience in the related field of oil and gas industry.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Auditing experience as per HSE Management Systems.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Trainer experience.&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Experience implementing and maintaining a HSE Management System. &nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Safety and environmental training courses are required.</li>\n   <li>Related experience is beneficial.</li>\n   <li>Proficiency in communication skills (verbal and written).</li>\n   <li>Ability to work with all levels of employees including shop floor employees, lead people, supervisors, and managers.</li>\n  </ul>\n  <p><strong>Skills, Training, Special Knowledge, and/or Language Skills:</strong></p>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Computer Skills (Microsoft, Excel, Power Point &amp;
