We offer a complete continuum of care for detox, rehab services, residential, partial hospitalization and an intensive outpatient programming (IOP) to help our patient reach their goals.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Shift Availability:</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Full-time / DAY Shift: 6:30a.m. - 7:00p.m. (3-12 hour shifts w/every other weekend rotation)</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Full-time / NIGHT Shift: 6:30p.m. - 7:00a.m. </strong><strong>(3-12 hour shifts w/every other weekend rotation)</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Wilmington Treatment Center has been voted as one of the top substance use disorder treatment facilities in the country for the 5th year in a row! We also have the Joint Commission's 'Gold Seal' of approval!</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What You'll Do: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>​Monitor patient health and administer basic care utilizing the nursing process within the LPN/LVN scope of practice in carrying out care plan objectives and goals. </li>\n <li>​Role model expectations related to customer service and demonstrates a sense of urgency related to the importance of patient safety. </li>\n <li>​Collaborate with others to ensure that patients’ physical, biopsychosocial, age, developmental and cultural needs are met and when they are not met, acknowledges and works to resolve customer complaints.    </li>\n <li>​Provide for the basic comfort of patient, implement nursing interventions identified in the plan of care that is individualized to their needs. </li>\n <li>​Apply appropriate interventions to progress the patient towards wellness and address maintenance of wellness. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What You Bring: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and a current, unrestricted LPN license (or eligibility to practice) in the state of employment.</li>\n <li>At least one year of nursing experience; behavioral health, psychiatric, or substance use treatment experience strongly preferred.</li>\n <li>Current CPR certification and willingness to complete de‑escalation and restraint training (provided upon hire, if needed).</li>\n <li>First Aid certification, as required by state or facility guidelines.</li>\n <li>Strong clinical judgment, attention to documentation, and the ability to remain calm and therapeutic in behavioral health settings.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Why LPNs Thrive Here:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Purpose‑driven mission: We set the standard for care by delivering world‑class behavioral health and addiction treatment in a supportive, compassionate environment—leading care with light in everything we do. </li>\n <li>Clear paths for growth: Advancement opportunities across one of the country’s largest behavioral health networks, where we lift and uplift our people through ongoing development and career mobility. </li>\n <li>Support for your well‑being: A culture grounded in safety, empathy, and teamwork, designed to support clinicians and staff so they can show up fully for those they serve.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Wilmington Treatment Center provides a comprehensive benefits package.
