This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and takes pride in delivering warm, attentive service.</p><p>As a key member of our food and beverage team, the Server will ensure each guest feels welcome and well-cared for, from the moment they&rsquo;re seated to their final course. This position requires a positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask with professionalism and grace.</p><p><strong>What You Do:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Provide outstanding service with a positive and polite attitude, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued.</li><li>Set up side stations and perform assigned side work to prepare for service.</li><li>Greet guests promptly upon seating and distribute menus.</li><li>Assist guests with menu selections, answer questions, and provide recommendations.</li><li>Take accurate orders and communicate special cooking instructions to the kitchen team.</li><li>Assemble and deliver food orders to guests, ensuring accuracy and presentation.</li><li>Serve meals following proper service etiquette, replenish water, and attend to additional requests.</li><li>Clear tables of soiled dishes efficiently and promptly.</li><li>Present dessert, coffee, and after-dinner drinks, suggesting options as appropriate.</li><li>Verify the accuracy of charges on checks and process payments through the POS system.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and bus stations throughout the shift.</li><li>Immediately report guest complaints or concerns to the supervisor.</li><li>Assist with clean-up and closing duties as assigned by the manager.</li><li>Attend pre-meal meetings as scheduled by the Food and Beverage Supervisor or Food and Beverage Manager.</li><li>Perform any additional tasks assigned by supervisors to ensure efficient restaurant operations.</li></ul><p><strong>What You Bring to the Table:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or GED preferred.</li><li>Previous experience as a server in a full-service restaurant, with at least six (6) months in an upscale setting.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle various guest service situations effectively.</li><li>Ability to collaborate with the management team on training and development initiatives.</li><li>Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a luxury dining environment.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced setting.</li><li>Excellent multitasking abilities in a guest service-oriented environment.</li><li>Prolonged periods of standing and walking during shifts.</li><li>Ability to lift, balance, and carry trays of food weighing between 20-50 pounds.</li><li>Comfortable working in diverse environmental conditions, including hot kitchens and outdoor dining areas.</li><li>Capable of navigating through crowded dining areas, bending, reaching, and stretching to serve customers effectively.</li></ul></div>\n",
