    "description": "<h2>Position Summary</h2>\n<p></p>\n<p>Acuren has an exciting opportunity to advance your career as a Project Supervisor focused on inspection, safety and quality supporting our operations. </p>\n<p>The Project Supervisort has responsibility for the operations of Acuren at the customer site. This includes but is not limited to compliance (safety, QA, radiation safety, rope access), contract maintenance, employee health and welfare, obligations of performance deliverables, and KPI’s to the client. The Project Supervisor will oversee and provide direction for all Acuren crews working onsite. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Works primarily on client sites indoors and outdoors.</li>\n <li>Maintains daily log for the job site’s operations/activity, reporting to management, as necessary.</li>\n <li>Hold and attend site meetings with clients, vendors, sub-contractors, inspectors, and staff. </li>\n <li>Oversees materials, project schedules, staffing levels, and equipment needs with Management direction. </li>\n <li>Understand and adhere to project scope, prevent scope creep, and recognize when change orders may be necessary and alert Management to determine further steps. </li>\n <li>Coordinate with crews and other contractors on site.</li>\n <li>Motivate, delegate personnel, and work with crews to maintain project schedules, and ensure quality and safety protocols are followed. </li>\n <li>Site safety management </li>\n <li>Participate in performance management of site employees </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of 3 years’ inspection industry experience</li>\n <li>Hold industry related certifications and licenses to support project field requirements</li>\n <li>Mechanical integrity experience required </li>\n <li>Certified or previously certified in NDT methods, and have a working knowledge of each methods strength and limitations to ensure the proper craft type is being utilized for the job scope requirements a plus  </li>\n <li>Experience with quality and safety </li>\n <li>Be familiar with current codes and procedures needed to properly perform inspections and interpret results </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive salary</li>\n <li>Medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance</li>\n <li>401K Plan</li>\n <li>Paid Holidays</li>\n <li>Paid Time Off</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Company Overview</h2>\n<p>Acuren is a trusted, single source provider of technology-enabled asset protection solutions used to evaluate the structural integrity of critical energy, industrial and public infrastructures.
