          "text": "<p>Turner &amp; Townsend is looking for a Senior&#xa0;Risk Manager to join&#xa0;our&#xa0;growing team. The ideal individual will be an&#xa0;experienced&#xa0;risk professional that has supported large scale construction projects.&#xa0;</p><p>Responsibilities: &#xa0;</p><ul><li><p>Maintain visibility of threat/opportunity trigger points to&#xa0;facilitate&#xa0;risk cost profiling,&#xa0;timely&#xa0;drawdown of risk&#xa0;budget&#xa0;or retirement of threat/opportunity. &#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Use risk data to inform investment planning. &#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Monitor overall risk exposure and&#xa0;assess&#xa0;the remaining risk budget. &#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Work with contractors to assess&#xa0;contractors&#xa0;held risks and their views on client held risks that&#xa0;impact&#xa0;upon them.                                                                        &#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Produce risk reports as required,&#xa0;in a timely manner, to support the effective communication of&#xa0;threat&#xa0;and opportunity&#xa0;status.                                            &#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Conduct quantitative risk assessment (cost and schedule) to inform project contingency levels. &#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Initiate a proactive approach to the review,&#xa0;development&#xa0;and improvement of&#xa0;risk&#xa0;management&#xa0;services&#xa0;for&#xa0;the client. &#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Undertake end-to-end project risk management&#xa0;practices&#xa0;on multiple projects/programs. &#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Undertake the creation of risk management plans and processes in adherence to client requirements, processes,&#xa0;policies,&#xa0;and frameworks. &#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Conduct risk reviews at regular intervals,&#xa0;identify&#xa0;and analyze,&#xa0;determine&#xa0;response plans, ensure that project and program risk profiles are being&#xa0;monitored&#xa0;and reported. &#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Lead and run a comprehensive schedule and&#xa0;cost-effective&#xa0;risk assessment (QCRA &amp; QSRA) process&#xa0;is delivered. &#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Establish integration of the risk management function within the program and project controls team, with direct touch points to cost and schedule management, change&#xa0;control,&#xa0;and reporting. &#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Work proactively and collaboratively with program and project control teams to&#xa0;eliminate&#xa0;redundancies and&#xa0;identify&#xa0;improvement opportunities. &#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Provide opportunities to&#xa0;facilitate&#xa0;the transfer of knowledge within the immediate risk team, to the greater project controls&#xa0;team,&#xa0;and to the client. The transfer of knowledge may include informal one-on-one discussions with client stakeholders and more formal presentations to clients and colleagues. &#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Create value stream mapping to quantify pain points and develop solutions to minimize waste (both in terms of speed and cost). &#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Collaborate on the supplier performance management program including the collection of performance metrics and&#xa0;tracking&#xa0;supplier improvement action plans.    &#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Demonstrate a level of support to expert witnesses in arbitral or ligation processes. &#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Lead, manage, and&#xa0;carry out&#xa0;construction stage contract and claims management. &#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Carry out assessment of contractual claims&#xa0;in accordance with&#xa0;the contract. &#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Provide strategic and contractual advice on disputes and related resolution issues. &#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Evaluate delay recovery measures. &#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Carry out change management and construction stage cost control. &#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Supervise the measurement and valuation of completed works and variations. &#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Manage the settlement of final accounts with&#xa0;contractors&#xa0;</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable. &#xa0;</p></li></ul>",
