Description

Job Title: Account Executive Location: Chicago, IL Job Overview: FleetPulse is seeking a driven Account Executive to join our growing team. This role will focus on driving net new accounts by selling our telematics and trailer tracking solutions to mid-size and large fleets. Key Responsibilities: ·        Prospect and develop new business opportunities in the logistics and transportation sectors with a focus on Enterprise accounts ·        Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations ·        Sales presentations may be conducted remotely or on site depending on business needs ·        Have control over deal-making and decision-making within the sales process including negotiating and closing deals to achieve revenue targets ·        Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and satisfaction ·        Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings ·        Take initiative to refine and establish processes and procedures as the company grows, working independently with minimal direction from leadership. Qualifications: ·        Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, telematics, or logistics technology ·        Excellent communication and presentation skills ·        Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Compensation and Benefits: ·        On Target Earnings (OTE): $130,000 annually ·        Base Salary: $65,000 ·        Variable Compensation: 50% of OTE ($65,000) based on performance ·        Competitive equity package ·        Comprehensive health, dental and vision benefits · 401K match (up to 6%) ·        Company provided STD, LTD and Life Insurance ·        10 paid company holidays ·        Full paid parental leave ·        Professional Development Opportunities Work Environment: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
