Most recently, Fulkrum was named the 2025 winner in the People, Culture &amp; Optimisation category at the EIC North &amp; Central America Regional Awards.</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Fulkrum is looking for a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Commercial Specialist</span> to join our <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Aberdeen </span>team and support the full spectrum of commercial operations across our global business.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the Role</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">As a Commercial Specialist, you will play a key role in managing contracts, coordinating Request For Quotations (RFQs), supporting bid and tender processes, and overseeing agency engagements. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth commercial operations and contribute to Fulkrum’s continued growth.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support bid and tender preparation, including Table of Reference (TORs), summaries, and deliverables.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assist junior team members, Commercial Analysts, with contract reviews and client onboarding.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Review contracts and communicate negotiation points with clients.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Lead RFQs, short-form proposals, and spec proposals, coordinating across departments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Manage supplier registration, vendor qualification, and due diligence.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Prepare client rate cards and update project experience records.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support Business Development events and maintain strong communication with clients.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Manage agency onboarding, contracting, and renewals.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Step in for the Commercial Lead when required.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills &amp; Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong time management and ability to work independently.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Able to meet deadlines and handle responsibility under pressure.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Proficient in MS Office Suite.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Commercial awareness and attention to detail.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Knowledge of the energy industry (Oil &amp; Gas, Renewables) is a plus.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Personal Attributes</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Highly organised and capable of multitasking.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Excellent communicator across all levels.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong team player with a flexible, proactive approach.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Willingness to provide support outside regular hours when needed.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">HSE Awareness</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">All personnel are introduced to Fulkrum’s Health and Safety policies during onboarding.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Join Us?</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">This is an exciting opportunity for a driven <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Commercial Specialist</span> to showcase their expertise in a supportive and collaborative environment.
