Provides the services of an Observer for any patient on a patient care unit who has been assessed to require constant observation in order to maximize his/her safety. Performs general receptionist and clerical duties in order to facilitate efficient functioning of the nursing unit.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>High school graduate or equivalent </p>\n<p>Previous hospital or nursing home experience preferred</p>\n<p>Basic computer knowledge is preferred</p>\n<p>Current California CNA license</p>\n<p>Training or equivalent experience as a nursing assistant, CNA, EMT, Medical Assistant</p>\n<p>BLS Certified</p>\n<h2>Hospital Description</h2>\n<h2>Serving our Community for over 40 Years</h2>\n<p>The South El Monte community is a vibrant blend of residents both young and old just east of downtown Los Angeles, in the heart of the San Gabriel Valley. Our wide range of services includes critical care, emergency care, diagnostic services, surgery, labor and delivery, and rehabilitation. Overseeing these services is a team of highly trained and qualified physicians, nurses, and other medical staff who are dedicated to effective treatment and quality healthcare.
