This is your opportunity to champion major programs, influence design and delivery standards, and create meaningful improvements across safer, more efficient, and forward‑thinking transportation networks.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage all aspects of highway and rail project delivery, including scope, budget, schedule, and client relationships, while thoroughly understanding project risks and financial measures</li>\n <li>Serve as a “seller/doer,” developing work with specific clients and leading marketing plan development for target market areas</li>\n <li>Lead and mentor other Project Managers, setting vision and strategy, and supporting professional growth across the team</li>\n <li>Prepare proposals, project plans, extra work authorizations, and project closeout documents</li>\n <li>Track and oversee multiple projects, ensuring quality control and compliance with company standards</li>\n <li>Play a key role in client contract interpretation and relationship management, ensuring all client needs are met</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You Bring:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering required; Master’s degree preferred</li>\n <li>Minimum of 10 years of progressive engineering experience; minimum of 8 years of project management experience required</li>\n <li>Professional Engineer (PE) license required</li>\n <li>Roadway/hydraulic experience required; SCDOT experience preferred</li>\n <li>Expert knowledge of the respective engineering discipline with a proven ability to apply best practices</li>\n <li>Advanced proficiency with engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.) as well as Microsoft Office</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering laws</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>\n <li>Knowledge of MS Project, Primavera P6, and Deltek Vision preferred</li>\n <li>Proven ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and oversee project accounting processes</li>\n <li>Experience preparing proposals and project documentation as well as interpreting client contracts</li>\n <li>Participation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferred</li>\n <li>Ability to travel as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Why You'll Love It Here:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Strengthen your project management and leadership skills as you guide teams and deliver impactful solutions for communities</li>\n <li>Flexible work environment with opportunities for local and occasional travel</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Curious about the impactful work our Highway & Rail team is doing?
