This position also facilitates the rental process through verification and documentation of all necessary driver information to provide for an efficient and timely rental and return experience. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The pay for this position is $18.27 / hour.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position is located at the Cleveland Hopkins Airport (CLE): 19601 Maplewood Ave Cleveland, OH 44135</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The available schedules are:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Sunday: 5:30pm-2:00am </li>\n <li>Monday: 5:30pm-2:00am </li>\n <li>Tuesday: 5:30pm-2:00am </li>\n <li>Wednesday: 5:30pm-2:00am </li>\n <li>Thursday: Off</li>\n <li>Friday: Off</li>\n <li>Saturday: 5:30pm-2:00am </li>\n</ul>\n<p>OR</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Sunday: Off</li>\n <li>Monday: Off</li>\n <li>Tuesday: 5:00pm-2:00am </li>\n <li>Wednesday: 5:00pm-2:00am </li>\n <li>Thursday: 5:00pm-2:00am </li>\n <li>Friday: 5:00pm-2:00am </li>\n <li>Saturday: 5:00pm-2:00am </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>We are hiring now for immediate openings.  Responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner</li>\n <li>Provide superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services</li>\n <li>Use Company approved sales and service techniques to determine customer needs and offer optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipment</li>\n <li>Offer additional customer assistance by offering directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information</li>\n <li>Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions and answers, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and other vendors</li>\n <li>Place outgoing calls for callback management, and miscellaneous calls as assigned</li>\n <li>Assist to assess condition of rental upon return</li>\n <li>Notify Management of any known customer problems</li>\n <li>Notify Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance</li>\n <li>Continuously build knowledge and skills, pursue on the job training and development opportunities and any company sponsored classroom training</li>\n <li>Perform miscellaneous and backup duties job-related duties as assigned</li>\n <li>Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting</li>\n <li>Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality</li>\n <li>Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans</em></p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years old</li>\n <li>Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.</li>\n <li>High School Diploma or G.E.D. required</li>\n <li>Must have a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience</li>\n <li>Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years</li>\n <li>No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI).</li>\n</ul>",
