      "value": "<ul><li>2-3 Years experience in a production with high standards (Aero/space or automotive)</li><li>Experience with machines including SMT Line, Mechanical, Test Equipment, etc.</li><li>Ability to deliver high quality hardware in a fast paced NPI environment</li><li>Ability to adapt and process change quickly</li><li>Computer skills (email, Microsoft Windows)</li><li>Good English Skills (written and verbal) and teamwork skills</li></ul><strong>Nice to Haves:</strong><br><ul><li>Experience programming, loading and operating the following automated equipment: paste printer, solder paste inspection (SPI), pick and place, reflow oven, automated optical inspection (AOI)</li><li>Experience producing J-STD-001, IPC-A-610 or equivalent hardware</li><li>electronic background would be a nice to have (otherwise dental technician or machine operators)</li><li>basic knowledge and understanding about ESD</li><li>Experience with hand soldering a fine pitch (best case IPC 610 Certified) </li></ul><strong>Additional Requirements:</strong><br><br><ul><li>Extended hours and weekend work may be required to support critical project and mission milestones</li><li>Standing for long periods of time, climbing up and down ladders, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, and stretching may be required to perform the functions of this position</li><li>Able to lift up to 25lbs. </li></ul>"
