We are currently seeking a Clinic Manager to join our highly skilled ABA team <strong>at our Ameriplex clinic (5125 Decatur Blvd, Suite A, Indianapolis, IN)</strong>. The Clinic Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the assigned ABA clinic location.  In this capacity, the Clinic Manager will actively promote agency philosophy in the delivery of services and perform essential job duties and responsibilities in accordance with Damar’s Strategic Plan.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>ABA Autism Services by Damar combines the long-term experience and expertise of Damar with cutting-edge Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) approaches to offer a solution to families facing the challenges of raising a child with autism. While many nonprofit and for-profit businesses offer ABA services, only ABA Autism Services by Damar can back its services with the experience and expertise of an organization that has been serving people with developmental challenges and autism for more than 50 years.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Damar’s ABA program begins with an evaluation that includes a full assessment of each child. Observation time, parent interviews, and the appropriate assessment tools are used to create an individualized treatment plan in order to meet the unique needs of your child with autism. Our services can include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Intensive Behavioral Training</li>\n <li>Social & Community Training</li>\n <li>Speech & Occupational Therapy Services</li>\n <li>Diagnostic Services</li>\n <li>Community Integration</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Here are just a few of the benefits you'll enjoy at Damar:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Eligible for the Damar Advantage including discounts at Damar Health Services and Damar Pharmacy</li>\n <li>Comprehensive training in verbal intervention and physical management techniques</li>\n <li>Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance options</li>\n <li>Up to $3,000 per year in Tuition Assistance</li>\n <li>Save for your retirement with our 401(k) Plan Participation</li>\n <li>Take care of loved ones through our Damar provided Life Insurance and additional voluntary options</li>\n <li>Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance options</li>\n <li>Paid Holidays to spend time with loved ones</li>\n <li>Paid Time Off (PTO) for rest and renewal</li>\n</ul>\n<h2></h2>\n<p><strong>Remarkable ways you will be making a difference:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manages and oversees the day-to-day operations of assigned ABA clinic</li>\n <li>Manages all employee functions of ABA therapists, including recruitment, on the job training, coaching and mentoring, performance appraisals, and performance management functions</li>\n <li>Tracks RBT credentialing and renewal process for all ABA therapists</li>\n <li>Completes scheduling for compensatory services, including Speech and OT, for assigned ABA clinic locations</li>\n <li>Responds to client and staff call-offs in an efficient manner</li>\n <li>Maintains and updates master schedules</li>\n <li>Schedules/coordinates transportation for clients that qualify for transportation assistance</li>\n <li>Manages the on-boarding new staff to appropriately acclimate staff to Damar expectations around client care, service excellence, active supervision and the like while adhering to agency policies and procedures</li>\n <li>Facilitates training of staff, ensuring all staff complete training as required and on time per program specifications</li>\n <li>Manages assigned clinic’s Petty Cash fund</li>\n <li>Ensures transportation needs are met (i.e. gas cards)</li>\n <li>Under the guidance of the Program Director, ensures assigned clinic has necessary supplies</li>\n <li>Organizes program meetings monthly</li>\n <li>Adheres to all policies and procedures as defined in the Employee Handbook and Damar Operational Policies and Procedures Manual</li>\n <li>Takes pride and ownership in Damar’s facilities and assigned work areas</li>\n <li>Ensures that the agency meets its quality improvement, evaluation and reporting requirements</li>\n <li>Actively participates in and/or oversees data collection and the use of data to improve outcomes, practices and service delivery</li>\n <li>Utilizes data collection in relation to driving and tracking outcomes and achieving agency initiatives and goals</li>\n</ul>\n<h2></h2>\n<p><strong>What you need to be considered:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED required</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree preferred</li>\n <li>At least one year of full-time ABA experience required</li>\n <li>At least one year of previous supervisory and/or administrative experience preferred</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel</li>\n <li>Minimum age of 18 per licensure requirements</li>\n <li>Valid Indiana driver’s license and driving record that meets eligibility requirements of Damar’s insurance carrier (for all positions requiring driving)</li>\n <li>Be clear of any felony convictions, substantiated charges of neglect or other disqualifying criminal convictions</li>\n <li>Successfully complete a pre-employment physical</li>\n <li>Favorably meet and maintain Damar’s background screening</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Essential Job Functions</strong>:</p>\n<p><strong>Physical</strong>: Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight (up to 35lbs); to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; to travel to other locations using various modes of private and commercial transportation; and to verbally communicate to exchange information.</p>\n<p><strong>Vision</strong>: See in the normal visual range with or without correction.</p>\n<p><strong>Hearing</strong>: Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction.</p>\n<p>#DSABA #DSLeadership</p>",
