This is an in-office role that will help bring the SEE brand to life across social media, digital marketing, and creative content initiatives.</p><h3>What You&#39;ll Do</h3><h4>Social Media Management</h4><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Own and manage SEE Eyewear&#39;s social media channels</li><li>Develop and maintain social media content calendars</li><li>Plan, create, publish, and schedule engaging content</li><li>Monitor social trends, identify opportunities, and bring fresh ideas to the team</li><li>Manage community engagement and support social customer service efforts</li><li>Track performance metrics and provide recommendations for continued growth</li></ul><h4>Content Creation</h4><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Capture ecommerce and product photography</li><li>Create and edit short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms</li><li>Support influencer outreach and content execution</li><li>Assist with behind-the-scenes content, brand storytelling, and campaign development</li></ul><h4>Creative Support</h4><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Support the creation of email marketing and digital creative assets</li><li>Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and creative production projects</li><li>Help maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team on creative concepts and execution</li></ul><h3>What We&#39;re Looking For</h3><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>2+ years of experience in social media, content creation, marketing, or a related field</li><li>Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and current social media best practices</li><li>Experience creating and editing short-form video content</li><li>Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite</li><li>Strong visual eye and basic graphic design skills</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Self-starter who can take ownership of projects while collaborating with a team</li><li>Photography and content production experience preferred</li></ul><h3>Why SEE?</h3><p>At SEE, creativity is encouraged, ideas are welcomed, and individuality is celebrated.
