The Security Agent will participate in foot and vehicle patrols to survey the entire resort regularly for appropriate controls over; noise, property damage, alarm responses, trespassing, Crisis intervention and First Aid calls etc.</p><ul><li>Performs regular foot and mobile security patrols both indoors and outdoors (all seasons in all types of weather).</li><li>Provides physical security and/or cash escorts to late night employees</li><li>Responds to fire and intrusion alarms</li><li>Responds to all noise complaints and disruptive behaviour issues notices and deal with trespassers in accordance with Provincial statues and SOPs</li><li>Provides First Aid/CPR/AED when required</li><li>Documents all incidents in the security log Solves parking issues in accordance with Municipal By-Law and SOPs</li></ul><p></p><p><b>WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME?</b></p><ul><li>High School diploma or equivalent</li><li>Must be in possession of a valid Ontario Security Guard License</li><li>Must be in possession of a valid Ontario G Driver&#39;s License.</li><li>Must be 19 years of age</li><li>Previous Security, Police and/or military experience is an asset</li><li>Successful completion of First Aid/CPR/AED training</li></ul><p></p><p>*This role is being posted to fill a vacant position</p><p></p><p style=\"text-align:left\"><b>AUTHENTICITY | EMPOWERMENT | COLLABORATION | PURPOSE</b></p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:left\"><b>BLUE MOUNTAIN RESORT COMPANY OVERVIEW</b></p><p style=\"text-align:left\"><span>Blue Mountain Resort is Ontario’s largest mountain resort.
