The Technical Designer will support engineers and project managers in preparing civil site design plans, technical documents, and permitting packages. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys detailed design work, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is ready to grow professionally within a respected consulting practice. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to meaningful land development projects across New Jersey/New York.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><br></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Develop site civil design plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D, including grading, utilities, stormwater, erosion control, and site/roadway layouts</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Prepare construction documents, plan sets, exhibits, and technical calculations</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Assist with stormwater modeling and hydrologic/hydraulic analysis</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Preparation of technical reports including stormwater management reports with support from senior staff</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Support State, county, and municipal permitting efforts and assist in permit application preparation</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif;
