Description
At In Flight, Inc., we empower people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to reach for hopes and dreams and support a meaningful quality of life.
In Flight Inc., is a nonprofit that provides support services within a home environment and the community for adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD).
Monday- Friday 8am-4pm.
Scope of Work Performed: This position provides administrative support to Facilities Department and reports directly to the Manager of Facilities.
JOB DUTIES
Maintains the day to day clerical operations of the facilities department. Process new work orders and coordinates with Foreman to distribute with facilities workers. Tracks open and all completed work orders. Tracks and maintains mileage for all agency vehicles including all vehicle procedures. Assist with grants pertaining to vehicles. Works with vendors that service agency locations Scheduling appointments with vendors Assist in conducting internal audits. Filing Ordering Supplies and responsible for ensuring purchase requisitions are filled out and submitted to finance department. QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a High School Diploma or GED Previous office experience in carpentry, plumbing and heating fields is helpful. Must have a strong attention to detail and deadlines. Must have knowledge of MS word, excel and outlook. Must maintain the highest level of confidentiality.

SKILLS
Language Skills : Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Math: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
Reasoning: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee in order to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl. The employee must be able to lift up to 20lbs.
