Responsibilities include:</p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Teach and reinforce daily living, self-care, communication, and social skills using evidence-based practices.</li>\n\t<li>Develop individualized skill-building plans based on each client&#39;s unique goals and needs.</li>\n\t<li>Help clients gain confidence and independence in everyday activities.</li>\n\t<li>Educate clients and their families about mental health, substance use, recovery, and available community resources.</li>\n\t<li>Connect clients with community resources and encourage participation in meaningful community activities.</li>\n\t<li>Collaborate with families, caregivers, treatment providers, community agencies, DCS, court systems, and other partners to support client success.</li>\n\t<li>Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).</li>\n\t<li>Participate as an active member of each client&#39;s treatment team while maintaining the highest standards of ethics, confidentiality, and professionalism.</li>\n</ul>\n",
