The Sales Associate is also responsible for executing initiatives and tasks as assigned by the leadership team and&nbsp;ensure that Company standards and best practices are consistently met.&nbsp;Overall, the Sales Associate is expected to work as a positive member of the store team and consistently provide an exceptional customer experience.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>&nbsp;</strong>Maintaining the Guest Experience and store environment to Erin Condren standards and represents and supports the Company brand at all times.</li><li>Meeting, or exceeding, personal sales and KPI goals.</li><li>Maintain a high level of product knowledge.</li><li>Communicates any variances to Company standards to the Store Manager.</li><li>Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.</li><li>Ensures completion of all cleaning tasks assigned throughout the store, including restrooms.</li><li>Maintains adherence to Company safety policies and ensures the safety of Associates and Customers.</li><li>Treats all Customers, Associates, and other leaders with respect.</li><li>Provides efficient and friendly service at the registers, Customer Service desk, sales floor, etc.</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Ensures merchandise is presented and organized according to Company merchandising guidelines.</li><li>Other duties as assigned by Manager.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong> <strong>Experience &amp; Qualifications</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>Required</strong></p><ul><li>Must be able to work flexible hours depending on business demands to include evenings, weekends, holidays, and approved overtime.</li><li>Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to speak and read English.</li><li>Must be punctual.</li><li>Knowledge of retail POS systems</li><li>Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.</li><li>Maintain high quality of Customer service.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy interacting with people face to face.</li><li>Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, and Slack).&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to tolerate working in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Must be able to accurately follow specific instructions for multiple detailed processes.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred</strong></p><ul><li>Erin Condren brand and product knowledge</li><li>Experience in a retail environment.</li><li>Can perform basic mechanical applications.&nbsp;</li><li>Analytical Skills.</li><li>Problem solving skills.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>Education</strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma, GED.
