I. Job Summary
Responsible for accelerating the rate of change across the enterprise by leading and/or working on cross functional teams to drive economic and operational efficiency through innovation, agility, scalability and reliability to existing processes or new business ideas. Key areas of responsibility for this position include working on projects across their lifecycle from pre-launch, to launch, to post project closure with specific emphasis on business case analysis, process management, and providing business analytics.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manages small projects or portions of larger projects over long periods of time and across multiple disciplines. Develops new ideas and processes and, working with a Director in IBO, manages pilot implementation to drive improved business operation; reports against economic and process improvement Develops and implements an effective operations improvement process, consistent with the accomplishment of long range objectives which will enhance effectiveness, while working closely with IBO Directors, District Managers, Area Vice Presidents and other management personnel. Utilizes financial analysis and data mining software/techniques to evaluate the effectiveness of current processes. Ensures process implementation and improvement through direct communication and solicitation of feedback Manages one or more staff analysts.
III. Qualifications
A. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Finance, Business Administration or similar area of study, or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience. 7 years of prior work experience with a proven track record of continual business process improvement and innovation simultaneously meeting financial, operations and customer demands (in addition to education requirement).
