Helping our clients, our teams, and our communities create this positive change is our mission, our purpose—our “why.”</p><p><b><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></b></p><ul data-depth=\"1\" data-pattern=\"discCircleSquare\"><li value=\"1\">Provide graphic design support as identified for publications, presentations, fact sheets, reports, and other communications materials to enhance the understanding of the client’s goals, mission, and programs.</li><li value=\"2\">Create dynamic data visualization graphics.</li><li value=\"3\">Create infographics to visually depict program information for the intended audiences.</li><li value=\"4\">Create motion graphics and video animations.</li><li value=\"5\">Create graphics, icons, and other illustration material, digitally optimized and ready for web and print use.</li><li value=\"6\">Create or refresh templates for standard products such as fact sheets, brochures, flyers, and reports.</li><li value=\"7\">Establish a central repository, accessible by all employees, for creative asserts.</li><li value=\"8\">Provide design services for booths, displays, banners, and exhibits, including updating booth graphics as needed.</li><li value=\"9\">Ensure all graphics and products created are 508 compliant.</li></ul><p><b><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></b></p><ul data-depth=\"1\" data-pattern=\"discCircleSquare\"><li value=\"1\">Must be a U.S. citizen.</li><li value=\"2\">Currently holds, or is able to obtain, DHS Public Trust certification.</li><li value=\"3\">BS/BA in Fine Arts, Media and Design, or related field.</li><li value=\"4\">Minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated excellence across all creative functions.</li><li value=\"5\">Print and web-related graphic design (full Adobe Suite).</li><li value=\"6\">Custom illustration (Adobe Illustrator).</li><li value=\"7\">Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li value=\"8\">Exhibit design and installation.</li><li value=\"9\">Photography post-production (Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom).</li><li value=\"10\">Videography post production (Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Media Encoder).</li><li value=\"11\">Creating, editing, and mixing audio (Adobe Audition, Audacity).</li><li value=\"12\">Some 3D modeling (Autodesk 3ds Max, Blender 3D, Cinema 4D, Google Sketchup, Kerkythea Rendering System, nGrain) – Intermediate.</li><li value=\"13\">Dynamic interactive forms (Adobe LiveCycle Designer, Adobe Acrobat Pro).</li><li value=\"14\">Product development and branding.</li><li value=\"15\">Print production.</li><li value=\"16\">508 compliance.</li><li value=\"17\">Mac and PC versatility.</li></ul><p><b><strong>JOB LOCATION</strong></b></p><ul data-depth=\"1\" data-pattern=\"discCircleSquare\"><li value=\"1\">This position is hybrid with remote work options on an EST workday.
