This candidate should also be well-versed in DeFi and blockchain trends, allowing them to strategically position our products in the ever-evolving market.</p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and execute marketing campaigns for various product life cycle stages, including go-to-market, growth, and maintenance phases.</li>\n<li>Utilise analytics to make data-driven marketing decisions and focus on high-impact strategies.</li>\n<li>Spearhead co-marketing campaigns by identifying industry opportunities and establishing partnerships.</li>\n<li>Stay updated on DeFi and blockchain trends to strategically position products.</li>\n<li>Analyse campaign metrics to evaluate performance and adjust strategies as needed.</li>\n<li>Work collaboratively across departments, fostering synergy with business development, product, and design teams.</li>\n<li>Maintain the brand voice across multiple platforms, including social media, Discord, YouTube, and Medium.</li>\n<li>Create and oversee digital content, such as animated videos, blog posts, and social media updates.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with creators and design teams to produce visually appealing and informative content.</li>\n<li>Utilise AI tools to maximise marketing output effectively.</li>\n<li>Update websites and documentation to reflect current offerings and market demand.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).</li>\n<li>Proven experience in marketing campaign management, particularly in the blockchain or DeFi industry.</li>\n<li>Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.</li>\n<li>Exceptional project management and time management abilities.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in multichannel marketing, including social media, newsletters, and PR.</li>\n<li>Expertise in optimising website traffic and conversion rates.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of AI tools and their applications in marketing.</li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.</li>\n<li>Strong leadership and team management skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>If you are a creative and results-driven marketer with a passion for the blockchain and DeFi space, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
