Responsibilities The intake and court specialist supervisor role is key in supervising intake and court specialist; and supporting leadership with client court needs. The supervisor role, directly supervises intake and court specialist by providing team and individual supervision. Supervisor assists AVP with court related presentations and stakeholder facing opportunities. Core Responsibilities: Networking with stakeholders to ensure stream of incoming referrals. Auditing performance and output of team on a monthly basis and reporting to leadership Assisting in the presentation to stakeholders to inform about services Supervising intake and court specialist to ensure that all required needs are met to ensure specialist role can be successful Screening incoming clients and families to ensure that services are clear and their consent is obtained to enroll new clients Assigning of court related needs on a weekly basis, by coordinating with therapeutic colleague to cover all court related needs for new and existing clients. Covering individual court related work Coordinating with program leadership on ensuring staff utilization is being met. This is done through identifying needs to be filled and developing ways to fill those needs.
