Currently, bbf: is enlarging its internal staff, and we are looking for a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Junior FP&amp;A Analyst </span>to join us in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Limassol</span>.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Main tasks and responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Prepare monthly management accounts for operating companies, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.</span></li>\n<li><span>Support group consolidation processes, including intercompany eliminations and reporting pack preparation.</span></li>\n<li><span>Assist in the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting cycles across assigned entities.</span></li>\n<li><span>Analyse actual vs. budget/forecast variances and provide clear commentary for management review.</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintain and update financial reporting templates and consolidation workbooks.</span></li>\n<li><span>Liaise with Directors of each business unit to resolve data discrepancies and ensure consistency of reported figures.</span></li>\n<li><span>Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and data integrity.</span></li>\n<li><span>Assist in maintaining key financial controls and flagging exceptions for senior review.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Requirements for the position:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar financial analyst role or audit experience with a Big Four Audit Firm.</span></li>\n<li><span>Industry experience as a Financial Analyst or within FP&amp;A is advantageous.</span></li>\n<li><span>ACCA or ACA member.</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting under Cypriot legislation.</span></li>\n<li><span>Advance Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, and data modelling.</span></li>\n<li><span>Experience with accounting software; SAP Business One is preferable.</span></li>\n<li><span>Excellent command of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Greek</span> and English</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong analytical and communication skills.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span>At <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">bbf:</span>, our <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">values </span>shape everything we do.</span></p>\n<p><span>We are </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">sharp </span><span>in our thinking, </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">creative </span><span>in our approach, and </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">emotionally intelligent</span><span> in how we connect with others.
