As an extension of our partners, we deliver integrated solutions that maximize sell-through while minimizing waste and cost. </p>\n<h2>Who You Are</h2>\n<p>A Shipping and Receiving Specialist manages incoming and outgoing shipments and inventory while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Key duties include loading/unloading trucks, inspecting shipments for damage, updating inventory systems, and preparing orders for dispatch/shipping. This physically demanding role requires lifting 50+ lbs, operating equipment like forklifts, and maintaining safety protocols. </p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Receiving/Stocking:</strong> Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders/invoices to ensure no damages or discrepancies. Enter eceipts into the WMS system. Stock inbound products in appropriate locations and areas. Manage inbound carrier schedules. Notify management of any shipping/receiving issues.</li>\n <li><strong>Shipping:</strong> Pack, label, and prepare outbound orders, ensuring they match picking tickets. Schedule and track carrier pickups and shipments. </li>\n <li><strong>Equipment Operation:</strong> Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.</li>\n <li><strong>Documentation:</strong> Keep detailed records of daily shipments and receipts.</li>\n <li><strong>Safety & Maintenance:</strong> Keep the dock and warehouse area clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You Bring</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <ul>\n   <li><strong>Experience:</strong> 3-5 years of similar shipping and receiving experience. Carrier knowledge helpful.</li>\n   <li><strong>Physical Strength:</strong> Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry 50–100 lbs frequently.</li>\n   <li><strong>Technical Skills:</strong> Proficiency in using RF scanners, inventory software, and computer systems.</li>\n   <li><strong>Certifications:</strong> Forklift experience and certification is required.</li>\n   <li><strong>Attributes:</strong> Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. </li>\n   <li><strong>Math and Reasoning Skills:</strong> High degree of math skills and the ability to solve problems and work independently.</li>\n   <li><strong>Systems:</strong> Prior experience using WMS, TMS and inventory control systems required.</li>\n   <li><strong>Education: </strong>High school diploma or GED required.</li>\n  </ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Continuous standing, walking, bending, and lifting on hard surfaces.</li>\n   <li>Comfort working in environments with varying temperatures. </li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p>\n<p>This is fulltime role with a rate of $19.00/hourly.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>#IND3</strong></em></p>",
