          "text": "<p><strong><span>Job Title:</span></strong><b><span> QA Automation tester</span></b></p><p><strong><span>Location:</span></strong><b><span> US-NJ-New Brunswick. </span></b></p><p><b><span>Duration: Full-Time</span></b></p><p><span></span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><strong><span>Overview:</span></strong><span></span></p><p><span>We have encountered significant growth and embarked on Enterprise Legacy System Replacement initiative, including the implementation of a core enterprise resource planning system with a custom development of major and important elements of EDI and event management processing. We are seeking a QA Engineer with both Manual and Automation experience for a new application development project in a fast-paced, agile environment. The ratio of manual testing will be higher initially, however the ultimate goal is to automate most of the testing, so that ratio will change as the project progresses, to more automated testing and less manual testing. A successful candidate will have a long term vision and the ability to plan and execute it, along with the enthusiasm to work on a brand new yet complex product.</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><strong><span></span></strong></p><p><b>Responsibilities:</b></p><p><br /></p><p>•    Develop and execute test plans, test cases, test data, test scenarios, and other testing related documentation based on the requirements and technical specifications.</p><p><br /></p><p>•    Interpret and implement quality assurance standards</p><p><br /></p><p>•    Ensure data integrity standards.</p><p><br /></p><p>•    Plan, develop, execute, maintain and improve Automated Test Frameworks and Automated Test Scripts for Web and Database applications</p><p><br /></p><p>•    Identify areas for improvement in the quality system</p><p><br /></p><p>•    Create and maintain libraries and object repositories</p><p><br /></p><p>•    Participate in application planning meetings.</p><p><br /></p><p>•    Perform reviews, walkthroughs, or inspections.</p><p><br /></p><p>•    Work closely with the EDI, Development, BA and Business teams to gather and understand use cases, requirements and system implementation</p><p><br /></p><p>•    Conduct meetings with Business and IT Teams for requirements/implementation review</p><p><br /></p><p>•    Accurately report and We k testing related defects and issues, by writing effective and thorough bug reports, and verify bug fixes</p><p><br /></p><p>•    Coordinate UAT and other testing related tasks with Business and other IT departments</p><p><br /></p><p>•    Identify process and application issues and provide suggestions to improve</p><p><br /></p><p>•    Learn new technologies and adapt to them as needed</p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><p><br /></p><p>•    Extensive Manual testing experience</p><p><br /></p><p>•    Extensive experience with HP QTP (UFT) and SoapUI</p><p><br /></p><p>•    Extensive experience testing various Web Services</p><p><br /></p><p>•    Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, RDBMS and MS Office</p><p><br /></p><p>•    5+ years of Manual Black Box/Gray Box software testing experience</p><p><br /></p><p>•    3+ years of Automation testing experience</p><p><br /></p><p>•    Must be able to write test plans, test cases, and other test artifacts</p><p><br /></p><p>•    Must be able to write SQL Queries</p><p><br /></p><p>•    Must be able to prepare test data</p><p><br /></p><p>•    Experience in Agile methodologies preferred</p><p><br /></p><p>•    Experience with JIRA and HP QC/ALM preferred</p><p><br /></p><p>•    Experience in performance testing preferred</p><p><br /></p><p>•    Python and Kendo UI knowledge preferred</p><p><br /></p><p>•    Excellent communication and people skills</p><p><br /></p><p>College degree or equivalent level of experience preferred</p><p></p>",
