The Credit Analyst will have the unique opportunity to help shape their own experience through outbound networking and sourcing, and internal projects to further streamline the group's operations. Over time the Credit Analyst will have the opportunity to lead relationship management with portfolio companies and on new deal origination.</p>\n<h2>What We're Looking For</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead portfolio level analytics and reporting, including pipelines, portfolio tracking, board material development, and special projects with Group leads</li>\n <li>Work with Deal Teams to collect and review diligence materials to prepare credit memorandums for presentation to the leadership team.</li>\n <li>Participate in deal origination and underwriting process from sourcing to execution / closing</li>\n <li>Monitor an existing portfolio of borrowers to ensure compliance with loan covenants and report status up to the leadership team.</li>\n <li>With support from leadership, develop a network of venture capitalists and service providers to drive further awareness of Stifel Venture Bank in an effort to drive new business</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Bring</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking and the analysis and reporting of financial data.</li>\n <li>Use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.</li>\n <li>Effective communication in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience.</li>\n <li>Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel software proficiency.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Education & Experience</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting or another business related field required.</li>\n <li>Minimum Required: 3+ years' of commercial banking, investment banking, or private capital investing experience required.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Licenses & Credentials</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum Required: None</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Systems & Technology</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Compensation Range</h2>Salary: USD $90,000.00/Yr. - USD $120,000.00/Yr. Actual salaries may vary, and may be based on several factors, including but not limited to each candidate’s qualifications, skills, and overall competencies for the position. The base salary is one component of Stifel’s overall compensation package for each individual employee.
