Enhances professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, current literature, Inservice meetings and workshops. Prepares written documentation as required by the profession and the department, such as evaluation results, individualized treatment plans, progress reports, etc. Performs other duties as assigned or requested. Supports the hospital's Christian mission, philosophy, values, and goals. Participates in and supports established Performance Improvement Program. Attends Regulatory required and hospital mandatory Inservice programs. Observes hospital dress code and maintains appropriate conduct and appearance. Maintains confidentiality of all information regarding patients, families, physicians and hospital personnel.</p>",
