Description

Responsibilities & Qualifications We are seeking a Desk -side Support Regional Manager A for the CSES contract. The Regional Manager A is responsible for delivering desk-side support services within the assigned region. This role manages regional break-fix and service request fulfillment resources, ensures regional SLA achievement, and coordinates with the DSS Manager and other service teams to provide consistent end-user support. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience Experience managing desk-side break-fix and service request fulfillment for services and systems with requirements of similar size, scope, and complexity. Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations. Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable. Certifications Must meet applicable DoD 8140 cyberspace workforce qualification requirements for the assigned work role, including an approved baseline certification equivalent to IAM Level I or IAT Level I. ITIL 4 Managing Professional certification, or current equivalent ITIL 4 role-aligned certification; related modules/exams should be stated. Education Bachelor’s in IT or related field or additional 4 years experience in lieu Clearance Secret RESPONSIBILITIES Manage desk-side support delivery for the assigned region, including break-fix work, service request fulfillment, and local support coordination. Allocate regional resources dynamically to meet service levels, changing demand, customer priorities, and geographic coverage requirements. Coordinate with the DSS Manager, ITSC, asset/deployment teams, customer engagement, and Government regional stakeholders. Monitor regional workload, SLA attainment, ticket quality, backlog, escalation patterns, and customer satisfaction trends. Implement regional corrective actions and process improvements consistent with enterprise desk-side standards. Ensure regional staff comply with operational procedures, security/access requirements, and documentation expectations.
