Bonded together, we share a commitment to integrity, vigilance, and excellence.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Pinkerton is an inclusive employer who seeks candidates with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives to join our family of industry subject matter experts.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Security Manager, located on-site with a specific client, will oversee the client’s corporate security department, including but not limited to, guard force operations, physical security, corporate security policies, programs, and training.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.</li>\n <li>Oversee all aspects of the client's corporate security department, including guardforce operations, physical security, processes, policies, programs, and training.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with client stakeholders and executives to understand security and regulatory compliance requirements and align them with ongoing security projects.</li>\n <li>Inspect and assess risks to ensure adequate coverage for client sites, making recommendations for solutions when needed.</li>\n <li>Interface with physical security technology providers to develop integrated risk mitigation solutions, such as access control systems and CCTV systems.</li>\n <li>Manage scheduling and staffing of security personnel, including approving overtime hours.</li>\n <li>Review and audit billing for baseline and service request hours, taking corrective actions as necessary.</li>\n <li>Conduct regular inspections of security posts to ensure compliance, housekeeping, and emergency call listings.</li>\n <li>Ensure proper inspection and maintenance of fire and emergency equipment.</li>\n <li>Continuously monitor and protect facility, personnel, and information systems.</li>\n <li>Evaluate security incidents and recommend corrective actions, including incidents involving outside vendors.</li>\n <li>Coordinate and execute security incident response planning.</li>\n <li>Establish and monitor security standards for new applications or technologies.</li>\n <li>Develop and champion Security Awareness and Workplace Violence programs.</li>\n <li>Respond to client requests for security and investigation services, coordinating and completing tasks as required.</li>\n <li>Assess security impacts of environmental changes and present findings to management.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with Human Resources to handle potential hostile terminations.</li>\n <li>All other duties, as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Associate’s degree with five years of progressively responsible security and safety program management experience.
