    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Adhere to and abide by all plant safety rules and regulations.</span></li>\n <li><span>Perform daily preventative maintenance tasks.</span></li>\n <li><span>Perform daily equipment check lists (IE crane checks, equipment checks, etc.).</span></li>\n <li><span>Meet welder II requirements which include quality and productivity requirements.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Perform as a hand welder to fit-up vessels and weld out areas that are not robotically compatible or accessible.</span></li>\n <li><span>Independently operate Robotic Welding Equipment.</span></li>\n <li><span>Successfully utilize fixtures as required to setup jobs.</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to make minor adjustments as needed to operate Robotic Welding Equipment.</span></li>\n <li><span>Other related duties and responsibilities as required or assigned.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>EQUIPMENT KNOWLEDGE:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Ability to utilize a computer with basic software skills.</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to utilize MRP/ERP system effectively.</span></li>\n <li><span>Successful completion of 90 days of hands on robotic welding training.</span></li>\n <li><span>Independent Utilization of the robotic welding software.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>ROLE REQUIREMENTS:&nbsp;</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Ability to work will in a fast paced environment to meet team expectations.</span></li>\n <li><span>Understanding and support of Company policies and procedures. &nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to understand and abide by all safety rules and regulations to perform the job.</span></li>\n <li><span>Must have a basic understanding of computers.</span></li>\n <li><span>Must have reading, writing and simple math skills.</span></li>\n <li><span>Must be able to read blue prints.</span></li>\n <li><span>Must have either a High School diploma, GED, or at least 1 year working experience in an industrial based environment.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.&nbsp;</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS of WORK:&nbsp;</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are 40 hours, Monday through Friday; to be determined by each division. Standard hour requirement is four (4) – ten (10) hour shifts.&nbsp; Overtime hours may be required beyond standard schedule.</span></li>\n <li><span>Travel is not required.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully preform the essential functions of this job. &nbsp;Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.&nbsp;</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>WORK ENVIRONMENT:</strong></span></p>\n<p><span><i>The work environment characteristics described are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
