These pillars form the foundation of our company-wide commitment to sustainability, helping us achieve our ambitious goals through our wide-ranging initiatives.</p>\n<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p></p>\n<h1>Packer</h1>\n<p><strong>Pay Range: $15 to $18 per hour - paid weekly (Based on Experience)</strong></p>\n<h2>Summary:</h2>\n<p>Safely and effectively packs finished goods and prepares product for shipment.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provides support for the operations team by working safely to feed material into machines, inspect product for defects, and pack finished goods in the correct configuration.</li>\n <li>Performs quality checks and ensures correct counts on various product sizes and packs items into the appropriate packaging.</li>\n <li>Makes minor machine adjustments to minimize interruptions and maintain product quality.</li>\n <li>Replaces adhesive tape in hand tapers and automatic sealing machinery.</li>\n <li>Ensures that any finished goods or work-in-progress identification labels are present and properly placed.</li>\n <li>Stacks finished product in the correct configuration, ready for transportation.</li>\n <li>Maintains good housekeeping and ensures areas of responsibility are safe, clean, and tidy.</li>\n <li>Promptly informs supervisor of any issues concerning health and safety, hygiene, quality, or efficiency.</li>\n <li>Follows all company-established rules and policies, adhering to all safety regulations.</li>\n <li>Completes paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Education and/or Experience:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is highly preferred.</li>\n <li>Ability to work effectively with others as part of a team is essential.</li>\n <li>Ability to follow standard work instructions is required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>#INDDist</strong></p>\n<h2>Company Benefits</h2>\n<h2>What You'll Get From Us</h2>\n<h3>Benefits</h3>\n<p>With safety as our top priority and a commitment to employee well-being an important focus, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits that include medical, dental and vision insurance as well as a variety of other well-being resources focused on mental, physical and financial health.
