Join us and take your career to new heights!<br><br><strong>What will you do?</strong><ul><li>Assist the Global Logistics Manager in coordinating priorities, addressing bottlenecks, and managing critical operational issues in a dynamic environment.</li><li>Monitor key logistics performance indicators, identify improvement areas, and support the implementation of corrective actions.</li><li>Support logistics audits and contribute to the identification and closure of process gaps across Group plants.</li><li>Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on flows, priorities, and operational impacts.</li><li>Support global logistics initiatives, including process standardization, training activities, and continuous improvement projects.</li><li>Manage urgent operational situations (“firefighting”) ensuring timely and effective resolution.</li><li>Support customer and Sales Key Account interactions on critical logistics topics (e.g. missed deliveries, pipeline management).</li></ul><strong>What are we looking for?</strong><ul><li>Solid knowledge of ERP systems; experience with SAP modules MM-PP is preferred.</li><li>Understanding of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) standards.</li><li>Good knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.</li><li>Basic knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental rules and practices.</li><li>Familiarity with plastic molding technologies (EBM, SBM, or IM) is a plus.</li><li>Proficiency in English.</li><li>Accountability, Problem-Solving, Resilience and Passion, Team Play, Leadership.</li><li>Master’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Economics, or a related field in Supply Chain Management.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles, preferably in an FMCG company.</li></ul><strong>What do we offer?</strong><ul><li>Exposure to international logistics operations.</li><li>Hands-on experience in a global industrial company.</li><li>Mentorship and learning opportunities from experienced professionals.</li><li>Flexible working hours and smart working (defined days per month).</li><li>Corporate restaurant partnership.</li><li>Internal mobility opportunities across the Group.</li></ul><strong>Sounds like a fit?
