Description GENERAL STATEMENT OF JOB At Stancil Services, our commitment to excellence begins on every job site. The Territory Field Manager – Paint & Drywall is responsible for ensuring projects within assigned territories are completed on schedule, on budget, and to Stancil’s uncompromising quality standards. This role oversees daily operations for paint and drywall activities, managing time, labor, and materials to achieve successful project delivery. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and skilled at fostering communication between field teams, construction managers, and internal departments — keeping operations smooth, efficient, and aligned with Stancil’s reputation for craftsmanship and reliability. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES None ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Manage day-to-day operations of paint and drywall activities across assigned areas. Oversee project scheduling, labor coordination, and material availability to ensure timely completion. Communicate field updates, observations, and progress reports to both field crews and management. Maintain professional relationships with construction managers, builders, and Stancil team members to facilitate collaboration and resolve on-site challenges. Ensure that labor teams adhere to schedules, timelines, and company standards for quality and safety. Coordinate delivery, storage, and utilization of materials and supplies at the job level. Identify potential scheduling or resource conflicts and implement proactive solutions. Perform regular quality checks to ensure consistency with project specifications and builder expectations. Maintain accurate documentation of field activity, job completion status, and project materials. Serve as the on-site representative for Stancil Services, modeling professionalism, accountability, and excellence in every interaction. Other related duties as assigned. Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING High school diploma or equivalent (GED, college, technical or trade school transcript, or foreign equivalent). Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Fluent in Spanish preferred but not required. Valid driver’s license for 3+ years and insurable under company policy. Experience in field operations, construction management, or related trade preferred. STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE Demonstrate professionalism and provide informative, courteous assistance to customers, vendors, and team members. Exhibit initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to independently manage competing priorities. Maintain exceptional organization and attention to detail while meeting deadlines. Build and sustain strong working relationships founded on openness, respect, and trust. Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders. Uphold confidentiality and handle company information responsibly. Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality, adhering to company procedures for scheduling and time-off requests. Embrace change and demonstrate adaptability within a fast-paced, growing company. Support Stancil’s culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Demonstrate consistent follow-up, problem-solving, and time management skills. Represent Stancil Services’ values through reliability, professionalism, and commitment to excellence. WORKING ENVIRONMENT AND CONDITIONS Work is performed primarily outdoors on job sites. Frequently required to sit, stand, talk, hear, and use hands to operate tools, devices, and equipment. May drive or ride in a vehicle for two or more hours depending on project locations. Must be able to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl to perform job duties as required. Occasionally required to lift and carry materials or equipment weighing up to 75 pounds. Exposure to outdoor conditions including extreme heat (above 90°F), cold (below 32°F), and inclement weather. Must remain alert to typical construction site hazards such as loud noise, confined spaces, or variable lighting conditions. Reasonable accommodations will be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job. TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT Office and field equipment such as computers, tablets, printers, and copiers. Personal protective equipment (PPE) as required for field operations.
