What You’ll Do

Support customers by answering product questions, processing orders, and resolving issues Learn technical product knowledge and contribute to sales through proactive solutions Gain exposure to inside sales, account management, product management, and cross-functional projects Participate in strategic initiatives that improve customer experience and business performance Build the flexibility, confidence, and business acumen needed for future growth opportunities Senior Customer Experience Specialist Path:
Manage complex and custom customer requests from quote to order fulfillment Provide technical product guidance and pricing recommendations Resolve escalated issues and strengthen customer relationships Partner with sales, production, and internal teams to deliver solutions Identify trends and contribute to process improvements
What We’re Looking For
For Leadership Program Candidates:
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field) 0–3 years of experience (internships/co-ops preferred) - greater experience is welcome Strong communication, problem-solving, and learning agility Demonstrated initiative and leadership potential For Senior Customer Experience Specialist Candidates:
2–4 years of customer experience, sales, or order management experience Strong technical aptitude and ability to handle complex requests Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Proven ability to build relationships and drive solutions
Compensation
Leadership Program: $60,000–$70,000 annually Senior Customer Experience Specialist: $22.91–$29.33 per hour
