The Federal Growth Representative is the tip of that spear — the person responsible for finding and developing the opportunities that become the division's pipeline. This role is for someone who has proven they can sell complex software or AI solutions and is ready to do it in the highest-stakes buying environment in the world. The federal government is a different discipline — longer cycles, more structure, more process — and that is exactly what makes it worth learning. The person who builds that fluency early in their career, in a division that is still establishing itself, will have an outsized impact and an outsized opportunity to grow with it. Compensation Information: $60,000 base The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. The total compensation package for this position will be determined by each individual’s location, qualifications, education, work experience, skills and performance.
