You will warmly welcome guests upon arrival, efficiently assist with check-in and check-out procedures, and ensure each guest feels valued and comfortable throughout their stay. You will also provide information on hotel services, amenities, and property offerings to enhance each guest’s stay.In addition, this role may periodically support guest transportation needs by driving the hotel’s shuttle transit vans, ensuring guests are transported safely, promptly, and courteously to and from designated local destinations. Responsibilities Essential Responsibilities: Warmly welcome guests and anticipate needs while assisting with check-in and check-out. Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries at all times. Create memorable guest experiences through a friendly, approachable demeanor. Share knowledge of hotel services and amenities to enhance the guest experience. Communicate guest feedback and needs effectively with team members and management. Manage multiple priorities efficiently with accuracy and attention to detail. May periodically support guest transportation needs Embodying company values both in the workplace and in daily interactions, while consistently delivering exceptional, genuine guest service with a strong passion for helping others. Demonstrate an entrepreneurial, solution-focused mindset with a natural ability to adapt to growth and change, proactively seeking ways to support guests and enhance their experience. warmly greet guests when in proximity, delivering prompt and efficient service. Qualifications Qualifications: Experience: Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred, especially in roles focused on creating positive and authentic guest or client experiences. People-Oriented Mindset: A genuine passion for serving others, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and with proper grammar. Multitasking & Attention to Detail: Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Flexibility: Ability and willingness to adapt to a dynamic schedule, including varying shifts, days, and hours. Must possess a current and valid driver’s license in good standing. Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is $22.00. As a valued member of the CoralTree team, you'll receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes: Employee Assistance Program. Room discounts for all team members, as well as for their friends and family immediately upon hire. Eligible employees, 18 and older can register for a 401(k) with Fidelity after just 3 months of employment, helping you invest in your future; our plan has a company match and no vesting schedule.
