We also have the unique ability to trace our history back nearly 150 years, demonstrating our ability to evolve to meet the needs of those we serve.</p><p>Job Summary</p><p>Moneta seeks an Associate Portfolio Manager to join our Enterprise Services Team. Working closely with the entire Investments team, this Associate Portfolio Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of accounts in our turnkey asset management platform, Eclipse. &nbsp;With your hands in every piece of Eclipse, this Associate Portfolio Manager will be balancing accounts, trading day-to-day, managing appropriate cash balances, and assuring our model portfolios stay in balance with their goals and objectives. &nbsp;</p><p>Essential Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Develop a strong understanding of the firm&rsquo;s investment strategy and the models we support under Centralized Portfolio Management (CPM)</li><li>Monitor a dedicated number of portfolios for cash needs, rebalancing, and non-model positions</li><li>Process tax loss harvest opportunities within dedicated portfolios</li><li>Run regular audits to monitor portfolios for high cash balances as well as to identify portfolio improvement opportunities</li><li>Effectively communicate with Partners and Advisors to explain trades, reports, and analytics</li><li>Implementing portfolios with appropriate asset allocation &nbsp;based on predetermined models</li><li>Processing withdrawal requests and change requests from our proprietary workflow system</li><li>Responsible for reporting needs on managed accounts enrolled in CPM&nbsp;</li><li>Provide guidance and support to advisors on existing portfolios under management</li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required, preferably in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field</li><li>3+ years of related experience, including working with Bloomberg, Morningstar, Schwab/TDAmeritrade, or Fidelity platforms</li><li>Experience working with a trading system like Orion/Eclipse, Envestnet Tamarac, iRebal strongly preferred</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel</li></ul><p>Additional Information</p><p>Moneta is committed to providing the best possible care for our employees; part of this care includes offering comprehensive benefits that enhance the wellbeing of employees and their families:</p><ul><li>Paid holidays</li><li>Paid time off (PTO)</li><li>Employer cost-shared medical and dental insurance</li><li>Employer paid short-term disability, long-term disability, AD&amp;D insurance, and basic life insurance</li><li>401k Match &ndash; 50% of employee contributions up to 6% of compensation</li><li>Discretionary annual profit-sharing bonus</li><li>Paid parental leave</li><li>Professional development reimbursement</li><li>Paid volunteer time off (VTO)</li><li><span data-contrast=\"auto\" lang=\"EN-US\" class=\"TextRun SCXW121193168 BCX8\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW121193168 BCX8\" data-ccp-parastyle=\"No Spacing\">Employee referral incentive bonus program</span></span></li><li>Onsite wellness programs &amp; rewards</li><li>Employee engagement activities</li></ul><p>Moneta is a fiduciary fee-only Registered Investment Advisory firm and is unable to hold securities licenses with the exception of Series 65.
