%0A %0A What you will be doing as a Fuel Cell Sealer : %0A %0A %0A In this role, you can expect to assemble and seal integral fuel cells with precision and care. You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced sealers , gaining valuable hands-on experience. %0A %0A %0A Your responsibilities may include (but are not limited to): %0A %0A %0A %0A Fuel Cell Preparation & Sealing : Perform various sealing operations on aircraft fuel cells, following standard procedures and instructions taught in Textron Aviation’s Fuel Cell Sealing Training course %0A %0A %0A %0A %0A Sheet Metal Assembly : Assemble wing fuel cells, including drilling, countersinking, fitting, trimming, and riveting, ensuring all parts are properly cleaned before sealing %0A %0A %0A %0A %0A Leak Testing : Test assembled wings by applying air and ammonia solution under pressure to check for leaks %0A %0A %0A %0A %0A Rework & Quality Assurance : Perform rework by removing old sealant, re-cleaning, and re-sealing to meet specifications and prevent leaks %0A %0A %0A %0A %0A Tool Utilization : Use various sheet metal hand and power tools, along with sealing tools like s patulas, scrapers, rollers, sealing guns, fairing tools, and durometers %0A %0A %0A %0A %0A %0A %0A What you need to be successful: %0A %0A %0A %0A A high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level WorkKeys certification is required %0A %0A %0A %0A %0A Ability to work in working conditions containing fumes, noise and working with sealants and solvents %0A %0A %0A %0A %0A Ability to complete the Textron Aviation Integral Fuel Cell Sealing Training course within your first 6 months is required %0A %0A %0A %0A %0A %0A %0A Why join us? %0A %0A %0A Your success is our success.
