          "text": "<p>The Installation Tech installs custom designed residential storage systems and accessories using a variety of luxury materials. A successful candidate will have experience with hand and power tools, measurements and the ability to provide exceptional customer service to our clients.</p><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><p>California Closets has both company-owned and franchise locations. This location is company-owned, therefore earns the following benefits:</p><ul><li>Health insurance – Medical, Dental, and Vision</li><li>PTO days and paid holidays</li><li>401K retirement plan with company match</li><li>Transporation from Company’s location to and from customer job sites will be provided</li><li>Company tools and PPE provided</li><li>Guaranteed 40 hours/week with overtime potential</li><li>Day shift hours</li><li>Grow your career with us – many promotional opportunities available</li><li>Working with luxury products and 100% custom builds</li></ul><p>Franchises are independently owned and operated and may offer different benefits.</p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform skilled and semi-skilled carpentry work to install custom storage systems such as closets, cabinets, offices, and other spaces in the home or commercial buildings.</li><li>Utilize company-provided CAD drawings\\blueprints to install systems properly and efficiently.</li><li>Assemble and install systems of varying complexity.</li><li>Assists in the removal and installation of materials in customer homes.</li><li>Maintain shop tools and equipment in safe working order&#xa0;(tools are provided).</li><li>Install systems independently or with team members depending on the size of the job.</li><li>Provide a high level of customer service for in-home installations.</li><li>Maintain safety standards at all time.</li><li>Responsible for driving to and from customer sites and operating a company-provided vehicles in a safe manner.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.</li></ul>",
