This role will play a critical part in both the pre-construction (bid) phase and execution (construction) phase of projects, ensuring schedules are accurate, aligned, and proactively managed.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This individual will serve as a centralized resource and will be responsible for building, standardizing, and ultimately leading a growing scheduling function. The ideal candidate brings deep technical scheduling expertise along with strong leadership, communication, and mentoring capabilities.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>· Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules across multiple projects</p>\n<p>· Support estimating and preconstruction teams during bid development with schedule input and analysis</p>\n<p>· Partner with project managers and operations teams to ensure schedules are aligned with project execution plans</p>\n<p>· Identify schedule risks and opportunities; provide mitigation strategies</p>\n<p>· Standardize scheduling practices, tools, reporting processes and update frequencies across the organization</p>\n<p>· Perform manpower loading of direct and indirect labor and level resources to establish accurate “S” curves</p>\n<p>· Build custom reports in Primavera P6 to support productivity tracking and earned value (EV) analysis on a real time basis</p>\n<p>· Support standardization of WBS structures in collaboration with project controls and estimating teams</p>\n<p>· Develop systems for reporting unit rate performance back to estimating throughout the project lifecycle</p>\n<p>· Incorporate commodity tracking into schedules and/or reporting tools</p>\n<p>· Develop a system for managing project staffing across active and pending projects</p>\n<p>· Lead and mentor a developing team of schedulers as the function grows</p>\n<p>· Provide regular schedule updates, reporting, and insights to project and executive leadership</p>\n<p>· Support claims, change management, and schedule-related documentation as needed</p>\n<h2>What You'll Bring</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>· Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)</p>\n<p>· 8+ years of experience in project scheduling within construction, utilities, or infrastructure</p>\n<p>· Advanced proficiency in scheduling software (Primavera P6 preferred; MS Project a plus)</p>\n<p>· Strong understanding of construction sequencing, critical path methodology (CPM), and resource planning</p>\n<p>· Proven ability to work across multiple projects and teams</p>\n<p>· Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience</p>\n<p>· Strong communication and collaboration skills</p>\n<p>Preferred Experience</p>\n<p>· Experience in transmission, distribution, or power infrastructure projects</p>\n<p>· Familiarity with large-scale EPC or utility projects</p>\n<h2>What You'll Get</h2>\n<p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p>\n<p><strong>We offer an extremely competitive and comprehensive benefits package including:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>PTO that starts accruing DAY 1</li>\n <li>401K Immediate Vesting; employer match starting same day</li>\n <li>Several medical plan options</li>\n <li>Dental and Vision benefits</li>\n <li>Life insurance, short term & long-term disability</li>\n <li>Paid Holidays</li>\n <li>Employee discounts, EAP and Wellness Program</li>\n <li>Identity Theft Protection and so much more!</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Equal Opportunity Employer</h2>\n<p>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment and will not be discriminated against on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin or ancestry, sex (including gender, pregnancy, sexual orientation, and/or gender identity), age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, and/or any other basis protected by applicable federal, state or local law.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability and protected veteran status.
