Assist with case management duties as assigned.</li><li>Outreach Services: Make appropriate referrals and coordinate services with other service providers. Provide Court Advocacy as assigned.</li><li>Data Management: Complete necessary forms and documentation.</li><li>Professional Development: Complete required annual training. Maintain required certifications and proficiencies. Attend assigned meetings.</li><li>Shelter Activities: May coordinate and facilitate shelter and non-shelter programs as assigned. Assist in keeping the shelter clean and orderly.
