    "requisitionDescription": "\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.43.16/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n    <link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.43.16/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n\n    <div class=\"fr-view\">\n      <div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong><u>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Performs maintenance service and repairs on production equipment.</li><li>Completes preventative maintenance tasks on production equipment and other facility equipment.</li><li>Basic to intermediate plumbing such as installing air lines, making hydraulic hoses, and other chemical delivery pipes.</li><li>Intermediate electrical tasks such as bending conduit, pulling wire, terminating circuit breakers, etc.</li><li>Basic electrical troubleshooting tasks such as measuring voltage and current, performing continuity tests, etc.</li><li>Performs conveyor maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs.</li><li>Basic hydraulic/pneumatic repairs and troubleshooting.</li><li>Forklift repairs when needed.</li><li>Shop re-builds and housekeeping.</li><li>Basic fabrication (Cutting, drilling, tapping, welding, etc.).</li><li>Assists with shop organization and spare parts inventory.</li><li>Completes assigned tasks on time according to schedule.</li><li>Trains/mentors new hires and less experienced technicians.</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Experience, Skills &amp; Education:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Requires 2-5 years of experience in the industrial manufacturing field or in a related area.</li><li>Strong mechanical aptitude.</li><li>Ability to operate power tools and other shop equipment.</li><li>Ability to acquire forklift certification.</li><li>Demonstrates effective communication skills.</li><li>Basic to intermediate computer skills for completing workorders and researching spare parts/components.</li><li>Basic to intermediate electrical troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment up to 480VAC.</li><li>Basic PLC experience and ability to verify I/O points.</li><li>Mechanical component identification.</li><li>Ability to read/understand basic electrical schematics, mechanical drawings and other technical documents.</li><li>Employs safe work practices such as lock out tag out, ladder safety, safe use of power tools, etc.</li><li>Ability to work as part of a team and independently when needed.</li></ul></div>\n    </div>\n  \n",
