We are looking to add skilled Maintenance Technicians to support our production operations and ensure equipment reliability across our facilities.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The Maintenance Technician supports the Tex‑Tech Coatings (TTC) division by performing mechanical, electrical, and facility maintenance across multiple sites. This role ensures equipment uptime, supports preventive maintenance programs, and helps maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing environment. Work includes troubleshooting, repairs, installations, and routine inspections.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Perform equipment and facility maintenance</strong> across TTC sites, including the Main Plant, External Warehouse, and Weaving Facility.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Troubleshoot and repair</strong> mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Support utility systems</strong> including steam generation, compressed air, water, refrigeration, and electrical distribution.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist in maintaining emission control devices (Solvent Recovery Unit, Thermal Oxidizer, Water Scrubber) to support EPA compliance.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Execute preventive maintenance</strong> tasks to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist with installation, relocation, and modification of production equipment.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Follow all plant safety procedures and support Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Inspect ongoing and completed work to ensure quality standards and OSHA compliance.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support contractor activities during maintenance projects and equipment installations.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Complete work orders, PM documentation, and basic reports accurately and on time.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Recommend improvements to enhance equipment performance, production efficiency, and safety.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain and update basic equipment logs, checklists, and maintenance records.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Other duties may be assigned.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Education</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High school diploma or GED required.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Technical certificate or coursework in <strong>Industrial Maintenance</strong>, <strong>Electrical Systems</strong>, <strong>Mechanical Systems</strong>, or related field preferred.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications &amp;
