If you’re passionate about improving oral health and creating satisfied patients, we invite you to join us in redefining the culture of dentistry.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Your Work Schedule</strong></p>\n<p>Monday: 7:45am-5:00pm</p>\n<p>Tuesday: 7:45am-7:00pm</p>\n<p>Wednesday: 7:45am-7:00pm</p>\n<p>Thursday: 7:45am-5:00pm</p>\n<p>Every other Friday: 7:45am-2:00pm</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Your Role as a Hygiene Assistant</strong>As a Hygiene Assistant, you’ll collaborate with our practice team to provide outstanding clinical support, ensuring patients receive the care they need. You’ll prepare patients for treatment, assist the hygienist/dentist in restorative procedures, and maintain a high standard of care and efficiency.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide assistance to the dental hygienist to prepare the room, seat patients, and take proper documentation of the patients visit</li>\n <li> Ability to record and review patients’ health history, make chart entries under the direction of the Doctor or hygienist, and assures completion of all necessary forms and signatures needed</li>\n <li> Educate patients on their treatment plans as well as maintaining their oral health</li>\n <li> Ability to work in a fast-paced environment possessing excellent interpersonal skills such as establishing positive relationships with our team and patients</li>\n <li> Ability to communicate professionally both orally and in writing with a service-oriented approach</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Need to Succeed</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Dental Assisting Certification or prior on-the-job training.</li>\n <li>1-5 years of experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.</li>\n <li>Radiography/X-Ray certification (state-specific).</li>\n <li>Current CPR certification.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in MS Office Suite.</li>\n <li>A commitment to delivering exceptional service and patient education.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Why You’ll Love Working Here</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Comprehensive Benefits</strong>: Including 401(k).</li>\n <li><strong>Paid Time Off</strong>: Competitive PTO that grows with your career.</li>\n <li><strong>Career Growth</strong>: Opportunities for continuing education and development.</li>\n <li><strong>Exciting Work Environment</strong>: A supportive atmosphere that celebrates individuality and teamwork, allowing you to thrive.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Equal Opportunity Employer</strong>We embrace diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace.
