This is a hands-on, field-driven role where you’ll work closely with Superintendents, trade partners, and project teams to keep work moving safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You’ll take ownership of specific scopes of work—helping coordinate trades, support self-perform operations, and solve challenges in real time. This role offers strong exposure to complex building systems and is a great opportunity to continue growing into a Superintendent position.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3>\n<p><strong>Field Execution & Coordination</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support the Superintendent in overseeing daily field operations across assigned scopes of work</li>\n <li>Take ownership of specific trades or areas of the project, ensuring work is aligned with schedule, quality, and safety expectations</li>\n <li>Coordinate with subcontractors, field crews, and project teams to keep work progressing efficiently</li>\n <li>Help plan and sequence upcoming work activities, identifying potential challenges early</li>\n <li>Assist in resolving field challenges related to productivity, constructability, and trade coordination</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Self-Perform & Trade Support</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support self-perform work, including coordination of manpower and execution in the field</li>\n <li>Monitor productivity and ensure efficient use of labor, materials, and equipment</li>\n <li>Provide direction and support to field crews as needed to keep work moving</li>\n <li>Assist with layout, field verification, and hands-on work when required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Quality, Safety & Standards</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Help ensure all work meets project drawings, specifications, and Danis quality standards</li>\n <li>Support a strong safety culture by reinforcing company and project safety expectations</li>\n <li>Identify issues in the field and work with the team to address them proactively</li>\n <li>Document and communicate any concerns or violations to leadership</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Communication & Team Collaboration</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work closely with Superintendents, Project Engineers, and subcontractors to maintain alignment across the jobsite</li>\n <li>Build strong working relationships with both field and office teams</li>\n <li>Contribute to a team environment focused on accountability, communication, and getting the work done right</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h3><strong>What You Bring</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>3+ years of construction experience in a field-focused role (Field Engineer, Foreman, or similar)</li>\n <li>Experience working on <strong>complex commercial or mission-critical projects</strong> is a plus</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and field coordination</li>\n <li>Familiarity with layout, scheduling concepts, and jobsite operations</li>\n <li>Experience with tools such as BIM 360, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office</li>\n <li>A team-first mindset with strong communication skills and a willingness to take ownership</li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Working Conditions</strong></h3>\n<p>This is a field-based role on an active construction site in Austin, TX. Travel may be required depending on project needs.</p>\n<h3><strong>Physical Demands</strong></h3>\n<p>Ability to climb ladders and scaffolds, lift up to 50 pounds, and remain on your feet for extended periods.
