You belong.</strong></em></p><p><strong>Job</strong> <strong>Summary</strong><br>We are seeking a full-time Women&rsquo;s Health Nurse Practitioner for the Community Clinic in Springdale, AR. The ideal candidate will be a Women&#39;s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) and/or a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM). They will provide comprehensive women&rsquo;s health services, including prenatal, postpartum, and gynecologic care, in alignment with Community Clinic&rsquo;s mission to advance equitable, community-based healthcare. The provider will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the care team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care that supports the diverse needs of the communities we serve.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Essential Job Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Practices within the scope of competency as an WHNP or CNM.</li><li>Conducts thorough physical examinations and health assessments for patients.</li><li>Provides comprehensive women&rsquo;s health services, including prenatal, postpartum, and gynecologic care.</li><li>Diagnoses and treats a wide range of medical conditions, including chronic diseases and acute illnesses.</li><li>Uses established evidence-based clinical protocols.</li><li>Uses all Clinic resources to improve patient outcomes, including behavioral health consultants, Diabetic Educators, audiologists, etc.</li><li>Keeps abreast of current trends in health care including attending regular and required continuing education programs.</li><li>Maintains compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality.</li><li>Participates in quality improvement initiatives to advance maternal and child health outcomes.</li><li>Ensures clinical notes are entered in the patient&rsquo;s electronic medical record in an accurate and timely manner, according to industry standards and Community Clinic policy.</li><li>Adheres to and commits to the mission of Community Clinic.
