      "content": "\n<li>Crane Operator Certification <strong>required.</strong></li>\n<li>Minimum of 1-3 years of crane operator experience <strong>required.</strong></li>\n<li>Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.</li>\n<li>Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Class A CDL Truck Driver preferred.</li>\n<li>Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.</li>\n<li>Able to pass a drug screen.</li>\n<li>HazMat endorsement <strong>required.</strong></li>\n<li>Knowledge of proper loading and load weight distribution techniques.</li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of DOT trucking regulations and procedures.</li>\n<li>Ability to perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.</li>\n<li>Strong communication skills.</li>\n<li>Physical stamina and strength to handle loading and unloading of cargo and perform occasional lifting and carrying of heavy items.</li>\n<li>Attention to detail to accurately complete paperwork and maintain delivery records.</li>\n<li>Military service is a plus</li>\n"
