The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, have a willingness to learn, is able to work independently and as part of a team, and will be able to develop &amp; maintain relationships.</p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">How You’ll Make an Impact</span><br>• Learn mechanical principles of Praxis products and manufacturing to become technical expert/resource on Praxis parts and products fabricated in house• Perform production operations in support of the Titanium Metal Injection Molding process to meet scheduled client commitments<br>• Responsible for performing secondary part finishing (flash removal, trimming &amp; de-gating, bead blasting, cleaning, and polishing</p>\n<p>• Conduct mold changeovers and maintenance as needed</p>\n<p>• Perform precision inspections under magnification using microscopes<br>• Record and input detailed molded component dimensional and density data<br>• Regularly maintain production and escalate any issues for resolution<br>• Accurately complete all required production run sheets, lot traceability and task completion forms <br>• Maintain compliance with Praxis’ Quality Management System<br>• Ensure compliance with OSHA guidelines and applying best practices for on-the-job safety in a production environment<br>• Adhere to quality assurance procedures and processes while maintaining an orderly production facility<br></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Bring to This Role</span><br>• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience <br>• Demonstrated ability to interpret documents including: maintenance instructions, procedure and manuals <br>• Demonstrated success working with technical/mechanical devices <br>• Proven ability to operate with computers, microscopes and other tools <br>• Experience in production operations, safety and security protocols <br>• A history of excellence in communication and active listening <br>• Proven success working independently and in a team environment <br>• Demonstrated comfort with basic math skills including: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and rounding </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you need to be successful in this role</span></p>\n<p><br>• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills <br>• Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to build personal and team-based relationships with all levels of associates <br>• Experience with basic computer applications and data entry <br>• Proven ability to calmly transition between multiple, and changing priorities <br>• Ability to work production shift schedule <br>• Demonstrated experience working in a manufacturing environment <br>• May be required to lift up to 50 lbs.<br>• Ability to stand or sit for a prolonged period of time<br>• Visual functions being those of near vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus<br>• Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with leadership &amp; clients<br>• Finger dexterity is needed to access, enter, and retrieve data using a computer keyboard or operate equipment</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Praxis is an equal opportunity employer</p>",
